We extend a warm welcome to all of our visitors.
However, due to the nature of our site, access to the upper floors will be difficult for certain visitors. The attraction is situated in 28 acres of farmland with some slopes and hills. Caution is advised on the Wildlife Discovery Trail. Kent Life has wheelchairs which can be reserved (subject to availability), wheelchair accessible toilet facilities, disabled parking and assistance for visitors with disabilities. Essential carers are admitted free of charge.
