Horses
Nettie is a rescue horse and has been living at Kent Life for many years. She is a mare (meaning female) . She is an old lady but a bit of a grumpy one but she loves lots of attention
Donkeys
Ellie came to live at Kent Life in January 2009 from the Donkey Sanctuary. She likes to take things nice and slow but can also be stubborn at times. Ellie has beautiful big brown eyes and is quiet a looker. Her and Dora (our other donkey) are bestest friends.

Dora 'the Explorer' came to Kent Life in January 2009 with Ellie. Dora came to us pregnant and makes such a good yummy mummy. She is kind and gentle by nature and is best friend with Ellie (our other donkey), the pair are inseparable!
Murphy (or George as he is known by the staff) is Dora's son and was born in May 2009 here at Kent Life. He is a very mischievous and loves exploring his paddock. He has the donkey's trademark cross down his shoulders and back meaning he is from good donkey stock.
Geese, ducks and turkeys
Gordon is our grumpy male goose (gander). See if you can spot which one he is... he has a tear-drop shaped pupil. He lives on the pond with his girlfriends. Gordon is a real ladies-man and can charm a whole flock of geese. He is also very noisy and likes to make his presence known to whoever passes by honking.
Gordon's Girlfriends live on the pond with him and can usually be seen waddling after Gordon like his groupies. All the girlfriends love Gordon very much and love spending their time with him.
There are a variety of Ducks on our pond. Breeds vary from Appleyard, Runners, Mallards and Call Ducks. We also have some wild ducks that occasionally visit. They love swimming around their floating house and roaming around looking for food. sleeping in their floating house at night. 
The Farmyard Turkeys arrived at Kent Life in December 2009 and were saved from being part of Christmas dinner. They are very noisy, bossy and adore their new found freedom.
Red Sussex Cattle
Willow is a pedigree Red Sussex, which is a traditional breed to Kent. She is an experience mother and also a grandmother. She is very kind and friendly and full of wisdom. Willow is a fantastic matron and is always looking out for the rest of the herd.
Rose a Red Sussex Cattle. She is Willows daughter and is also a yummy mummy herself. She is very cheeky and likes to play games, she loves being chasen around her paddock. She is a little dominant and tries to be bossy.
Ferrets
The Ferrets of Kent Life are a mix of male and female and vary in age, size and colour. They are very playful and inquisitive (nosey neighbours!) and like to explore their home as it has all sorts of weird and wonderful things like a ball pit, tubes and even a Wellington boot! Can you spot our Albino Ferret, Squid?
Pigs
Patricia is another pedigree Saddleback breeding sow and her and Juliet are arch enemies, after falling into a love-triangle with one of our breeding bores, there has been rivalry ever since. Patricia by nature in mischievous and a bit of a flirt.
The Orchard Sheep
We have a variety of sheep at Kent Life, including the Texal-Cross and Southdown breeds. They are all female and very friendly and calm. They like nothing better than munching on apples and socializing with each other in the paddock. All of them have their own quirky personalities but don't like being away from each other.
Rabbits & Guinea Pigs
The Rabbits at Kent Life are all of different ages, size and colours. Many of them are given to us by the RSPCA. They can be shy at first but are great friends with the cuddle corner Guinea Pigs. They love hopping around and waiting for their next bowl of yummy nibbles. 
The Guinea Pigs vary in age and colour and love each others company. Meeting lots of new faces in cuddle corner is an activity they really enjoy. They can be shy at first but adore being stroked, they even make a purring sound to show their delight.
Rescued Pygmy Goat
Bunter is a male Pygmy rescue goat. He is small in stature but big in character. He is very grumpy at times and we sometime think he has a case of 'little man syndrome'. Despite his height likes to keep all the other goats in check.
Caprice is a Pygmy goat and is our oldest, she was given to us by Buttercups Sanctuary. Caprice is a lovely lady and is very sociable, she's what we like to call the granny of the goats.
Bruce is the other male Pygmy rescue goat. He is very stocky with long horns and with a little white beard. At heart he is a true softy who loves to fool around on his play stack.
Rescued Golden Guernsey
Fawn is a female Golden Guernsey rescue goat given to us by Buttercup Sanctuary. She is a very classy lady. Fawn is just like a supermodel, tall and slim with strawberry blonde hair.. oh I mean fur! She loves being noticed, often coming to say hello at the paddock fence.
Twinkle is a female Golden Guernsey goat. She is a rescue goat given to us by Buttercups Sanctuary. She also enjoys foraging for her favourite fruit and vegetable treats and playing on the paddock wood stack.
