Membership Pass Terms and Conditions
- Buying a membership pass allows you day time admission to Kent Life during our opening times for 1 calendar year.
- 2 events are excluded from the Membership Pass (Beer and Hop Festival, Bonfire and Firework Spectacular) but remember you still receive 20% discount off the entry prices of these!.
- A Membership Pass can only be purchased at our admissions desk or in our gift shop. Unfortunately we are unable to take payment with membership forms via the post, telephone or email at this present time.
- If you lose your membership card a new one can be issued on payment of a £5.00 administration fee per replacement card required.
- If you are coming to Kent Life as a pre booked party guest or with a school or group booking unfortunately your pass cannot be used.
- Your card must be shown on each visit to avoid paying the full admission fee. It will only be valid if your name is on the card as it is non-transferrable. We may ask for photo ID from time to time.
- Photocopied or damaged pass cards will not be accepted.
- All Membership Passes remain the property of Kent Life.
- From time to time opening dates and times may vary. In these instances the full or part value of the Membership Pass will not be refunded, nor will compensation be payable if any activity is no longer available or part of the attraction is removed or closed.
- Kent Life is a family attraction, to make sure everyone has a great time any person whose behaviour is deemed inappropriate or does not comply with these terms and conditions will have their pass withdrawn.
- You have 28 days from the date on your entry receipt to purchase a membership pass and have the admissions price refunded against the overall cost.
- The £5 voucher is valid for use in the tearoom, coffee bar and gift shop (excludes alcohol and books) or to use towards membership renewals. You will be issued with 1 voucher per member. These vouchers carry no monetary value and your membership pass must be produced when your voucher is redeemed. Not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
- If you ‘introduce a friend’ a £5 voucher will only be given subject to that person becoming a fully paid up member.
- The £5 voucher offer can be withdrawn at any time and is only valid for use within your membership period.
- The exclusive invitation to a ‘members’ only event is for members and their children Under 4 (if applicable).
- The 20% discount in the new Paint-a-Pot studio is subject to availability and some additional charges may apply.
- The 10% discount offered in the tearoom, coffee bar and gift shop excludes all alcohol and books.
- By signing the Membership Pass form you are agreeing to all these terms and conditions.
- The Membership Pass scheme is subject to annual change, look out for the new terms and conditions in early 2011.
