Kent Life is a unique venue set in beautiful 28 acre surroundings. Kent Life offers a variety of rooms to hire for conferences, seminars, meetings, training courses and much more. The rooms are suitable for both large and small gatherings.
Kent Life can provide a range of audio-visual equipment free of charge or arrange to hire in equipment as necessary. The conference and banqueting department will tailor buffets or business lunches as well as morning coffee and afternoon tea or Kentish dinner to suit each client.

| The Wagon Store
The Wagon Store is a purpose-built room located above Kent Life's hand-held and horse-drawn transport collection. It can seat up to ninety people and can be laid out for either business meetings or celebrations.

The Cellar
The Cellar is located beneath the Tearooms and is ideal for children’s birthday parties, small informal gatherings or training facilities. Our caterers are just a stones throw away, ready to supply all your refreshment needs.

| The Village Hall
The authentic Village Hall from Ulcombe. It is an ideal venue for wedding ceremonies, baby naming celebrations, parties or disco's. It also includes washroom facilities and a bar area.

Kent Life are licensed to sell alcohol on site and Zest Creative Catering offer a fantastic array of menu options from buffets to BBQ to formal evening meals. Zest also cater for baby naming ceremonies, renewal of marriage vows, civil partnership ceremonies, family parties and celebrations.
